November 9th	At the "Learning Festa 2008 in Okayama", panels of victims were displayed by "TAV (Traffic Accident Victims Net)" and participants created yellow windmills in the exhibition tent. (Support Families for Crime Victims in Okayama)
November 15th	"World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims" Symposium "Aiming for ZERO fatalities from road traffic crashes" was held. (Organizers: Traffic Accident Victims Net. Supported by: Traffic Accident Victims Association of Hokkaido, Committee to deliver voice of Traffic Accident Victims)
November 16th	"World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims" In front of Navio Hankyu, Umeda Osaka, leaflets and tissues with message raising awareness of the Day were handed out. (Traffic Accident Victims Net)
